Response Time

After submission of the order form, 7x Money will contact you to confirm and discuss fulfillment. Response time is less than 24 hours. General email inquiries to info@se7enx.com are also handled within that window during normal business hours.

What To Include

When contacting support, include your full name, the email address used on your order, and the date of your order or inquiry. If your question relates to an identity verification request, include the document type you submitted and the date of submission.

Do not send copies of government-issued ID or sensitive financial information by email unless specifically requested by 7x Money.

Customer identification is part of the discovery and know-your-customer stages, so support may ask for information that helps confirm who you are before a transaction proceeds.

Support Expectations
