How do we collect-leads and inquirie

Lead Form

The 7x Money order form is the primary intake point. It collects: sender name, phone number, driver's license number, SSN, email address, mailing address, Bitcoin wallet address, and the desired transaction amount. All fields are required. The form is submitted via the 7x Money website and routes directly to the 7x Money team for review.

The form note states: "After submission of this form 7x Money will contact you to confirm and discuss fulfillment. Response time is less than 24 Hours."

Customer identification is part of the discovery and know-your-customer stages, so the form should be treated as part of the compliance review process before any transaction proceeds.

Qualification Questions

The order form fields serve a dual purpose: they collect the information needed to initiate the transaction and they act as an initial KYC/AML screening layer. The driver's license number and SSN are required because 7x Money must verify the identity of each customer before processing a transaction under U.S. law.

Customers who are not U.S. residents, who are not at least 18 years of age, or who cannot provide valid government-issued U.S. ID are not eligible and should not submit an order.

Follow-Up

After form submission, 7x Money contacts the customer within less than 24 hours to confirm the order and discuss fulfillment. Fulfillment discussion covers the bank transfer details, the applicable fee, and the expected processing timeline.

If additional identity documentation is required, 7x Money will request it during this follow-up contact.

Lead Handling

Order form submissions are reviewed by the 7x Money team. Each submission is treated as a formal transaction request subject to KYC/AML compliance requirements. 7x Money reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion, including on the basis of location, residency, or incomplete identity verification.
