1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website or any service offered by 7x Money (collectively, the "Service"), You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If You do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 7x Money. Your use of the Service, including initiating any transaction, constitutes Your full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Interpretation and Definitions

2.1 Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2.2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
7x Money (referred to as "7x Money", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the business operating the bitcoin purchasing service accessible at https://money.se7enx.com.
Website refers to the 7x Money website, accessible from https://money.se7enx.com.
Service refers to the bitcoin purchasing service provided by 7x Money through the Website.
Terms or Terms and Conditions refers to these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
Country refers to: United States of America.
Transaction means a request by You to purchase Bitcoin through 7x Money, initiated by sending funds via bank transfer.
Bitcoin or BTC refers to the decentralized digital currency of the Bitcoin network.
Bank Transfer means a wire transfer, ACH transfer, or other electronic transfer of funds from Your bank account to 7x Money.
Bitcoin Wallet Address means the cryptographic address You provide to 7x Money as the destination for Your purchased Bitcoin.
Fee means the service charge retained by 7x Money from Your transferred funds prior to purchasing Bitcoin on Your behalf, as disclosed at the time of each Transaction.
KYC/AML means Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance requirements imposed by applicable law and 7x Money policy.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
U.S. Resident means an individual who maintains a permanent residential address within the fifty (50) states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, and who is legally domiciled in the United States.

3. Geographic Restrictions — United States Only

7x Money operates exclusively within the United States of America. The Service is offered solely to U.S. Residents and is not available to individuals or entities located outside of the United States.

U.S. Residents Only: If You do not reside within the United States of America, You are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service in any capacity. Do not initiate a Transaction. Any Transaction initiated from outside the United States will be declined and any funds received may be subject to return procedures at 7x Money's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

By using the Service, You represent and warrant that:

You are physically located within the United States of America at the time of each Transaction.
You maintain a permanent residential address within the United States of America.
You are not accessing the Service through a VPN, proxy, or any other means intended to mask a non-U.S. location.
You are not acting on behalf of any individual or entity located outside the United States.

7x Money reserves the right to verify Your location and residency at any time and to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any person found to be located outside the United States. 7x Money assumes no liability for any legal consequences You may face in Your jurisdiction as a result of attempting to access the Service from outside the United States.

4. Description of Service

7x Money facilitates the purchase of Bitcoin on behalf of customers. The Service operates as follows:

You initiate a Transaction by sending funds to 7x Money via bank transfer.
Upon receipt and clearance of Your funds, 7x Money deducts its Fee and uses the remaining balance to purchase Bitcoin at prevailing market rates.
7x Money sends the purchased Bitcoin directly to the Bitcoin Wallet Address You have provided.

Prompt Processing: 7x Money processes all Transactions promptly. However, completion times are subject to banking regulations, interbank transfer timelines, and compliance review. Some Transactions may take an extended period — potentially several weeks — to complete. We make no guarantee as to the specific time of completion beyond our commitment to process Your Transaction promptly.

5. Eligibility

To use the Service, You must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a U.S. Resident — You must maintain a permanent residential address within the United States of America. Non-U.S. residents are categorically ineligible for the Service. See Section 3.
Possess a valid U.S. government-issued photo identification (e.g., U.S. passport, U.S. state driver's license, or U.S. state ID card).
Have a U.S.-based bank account from which funds can be transferred via ACH, wire, or other U.S. domestic bank transfer method.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the United States and Your state of residence.
Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable federal or state law.
Successfully complete 7x Money's identity verification (KYC/AML) process as described in Section 6.

By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You meet all eligibility requirements. 7x Money reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone at its sole discretion, including on the basis of location or residency.

6. KYC/AML Compliance and Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable United States federal and state laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and related anti-money laundering regulations, 7x Money is required to verify the identity of its customers before processing Transactions.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete identification information as requested by 7x Money.
Submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation required by 7x Money.
Update Your information promptly if it changes.
Cooperate fully with any enhanced due diligence requests.

Important: 7x Money may delay, suspend, or decline any Transaction pending completion of identity verification or compliance review. Transactions may also be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

7. Fees

7x Money charges a Fee for each Transaction. The applicable Fee will be disclosed to You prior to completing a Transaction. By proceeding with a Transaction, You agree to and accept the disclosed Fee.

Fees are deducted from Your transferred funds before Bitcoin is purchased. The amount of Bitcoin You receive is based on the net amount after the Fee is deducted, at the prevailing market rate at the time of purchase.

7x Money reserves the right to modify its Fee schedule at any time. Updated Fees will apply to Transactions initiated after the date of the change.

8. Transaction Process and Processing Times

7.1 Initiating a Transaction

To initiate a Transaction, You must provide 7x Money with Your Bitcoin Wallet Address and transfer the desired funds via bank transfer to the account details provided by 7x Money. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and functional Bitcoin Wallet Address. 7x Money is not liable for Bitcoin sent to an incorrect address provided by You.

7.2 Processing Times

7x Money commits to processing all Transactions promptly. However, the actual time to complete a Transaction depends on factors outside 7x Money's direct control, including but not limited to:

Bank transfer clearing times (ACH, wire, etc.)
Banking regulations and holds imposed by financial institutions
KYC/AML compliance review requirements
Bitcoin network confirmation times
Weekends, bank holidays, and non-business days

No Time Guarantee: Some Transactions may take days or potentially several weeks to complete. 7x Money makes no guarantee as to any specific completion time. Our only commitment regarding speed is that we will act promptly on Your Transaction. Do not initiate a Transaction if You require Bitcoin by a specific deadline.

7.3 Bitcoin Price Risk

Bitcoin is purchased at the prevailing market rate at the time 7x Money executes the purchase — not at the time You initiate the Transaction or send funds. Due to the volatile nature of Bitcoin prices, the value of Bitcoin you receive may be significantly different from the value at the time funds were sent. You accept all price risk associated with market fluctuations between the time of fund receipt and Bitcoin purchase execution.

9. No Refunds

All Transactions are final. Once You have transferred funds to 7x Money, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations will be issued. This policy exists because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible on the blockchain and because funds are committed to the market upon execution.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your Bitcoin Wallet Address and the amount transferred before initiating a Transaction. 7x Money is not responsible for losses resulting from errors made by You.

No Refunds: By transferring funds to 7x Money, You acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to processing delays, market price changes, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those governing digital assets and financial transactions.
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including during identity verification.
Verify that Your Bitcoin Wallet Address is correct before submitting it to 7x Money.
Ensure that funds You transfer to 7x Money are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of illegal activity.
Not use the Service on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorization from 7x Money.
Accept all financial risk associated with Bitcoin price volatility.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any activity that violates the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, or any other applicable anti-money laundering laws.
Purchase Bitcoin using funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other illegal means.
Circumvent, evade, or attempt to bypass any KYC/AML verification procedures.
Conduct transactions on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities as designated by OFAC or equivalent authorities.
Provide false or misleading information to 7x Money for any purpose.
Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms.

12. Privacy and Data

7x Money's collection and use of Your Personal Data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You warrant that all information and Personal Data You provide to 7x Money is accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that 7x Money may be required by law to collect, retain, and in some cases disclose Your Personal Data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

13. Updates and Modifications to Terms

7x Money reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 7x Money does not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Any specific Transaction will be completed within a particular timeframe.
The price of Bitcoin will remain stable or move in any particular direction.
The Service will be available in all jurisdictions or at all times.

Bitcoin is a highly volatile and speculative asset. You acknowledge that the value of Bitcoin can decrease significantly and that You may receive Bitcoin worth substantially less than the funds You transferred. 7x Money is not a financial adviser and nothing in these Terms or on the Website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7x Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to Your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Bitcoin price volatility or market losses.
Delays in Transaction processing caused by banking systems, regulations, or compliance requirements.
Bitcoin sent to an incorrect wallet address provided by You.
Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

In any event, 7x Money's total aggregate liability to You shall not exceed the total amount of Fees paid by You to 7x Money in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7x Money and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your use of the Service; (b) Your violation of these Terms; (c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any inaccurate or false information provided by You.

17. Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as You use the Service. 7x Money may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that 7x Money believes violates these Terms, any applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to 7x Money, other users, or third parties. Any pending Transaction at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and at the sole discretion of 7x Money.

18. Waiver of Right to Sue

By agreeing to these Terms — which You are required to do before any Transaction can be processed — You expressly and irrevocably waive any and all rights to bring, maintain, or participate in any lawsuit, claim, or legal action of any kind against 7x Web, LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, banking partners, payment processors, compliance providers, or any other party involved in the provision or facilitation of the Service (collectively, the "Released Parties"), arising out of or related to:

Your use of or inability to use the Service;
Any Transaction, including delays, non-completion, or errors;
Bitcoin price volatility or market losses;
Any act or omission of any Released Party;
Any breach or alleged breach of these Terms;
Any matter relating to KYC/AML compliance review or holds.

Mandatory Pre-Order Agreement: You cannot place an order or initiate any Transaction until You have separately and affirmatively agreed to this waiver. Your agreement constitutes a knowing, voluntary, and informed waiver of Your right to pursue any legal action in any court of law against 7x Web, LLC or any Released Party.

This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any portion of this waiver is held unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Binding Arbitration

18.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

As a separate and independent condition of using the Service — which You must affirmatively agree to before any Transaction can be fulfilled — You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved by the waiver set forth in Section 17 shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

18.2 Arbitration Location and Process

All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted:

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States of America, in person or via a mutually agreed remote format.
Arbitrator: A single, neutral third-party arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot agree, appointed pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS.
Rules: The arbitration shall be conducted under the applicable commercial arbitration rules of the chosen arbitration body, as modified by these Terms.
Language: English.

18.3 Costs of Arbitration

You are solely responsible for all costs and fees associated with arbitration, including but not limited to arbitrator fees, administrative fees, filing fees, and any travel or related expenses. 7x Web, LLC shall bear no arbitration costs or fees unless required by applicable law.

Separate Agreement Required: You must separately and affirmatively agree to this arbitration provision — distinct from your general acceptance of these Terms — before any order or Transaction will be processed. Your separate agreement is your acknowledgment that You understand You are waiving the right to a jury trial and agreeing to resolve disputes in Seattle, Washington at Your own expense.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative action against 7x Web, LLC or any Released Party. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate proceedings or award relief to any person or entity not a party to the individual arbitration.

18.5 Arbitration Award

The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and non-appealable except on grounds provided by law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration under Section 18, You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seattle, Washington for resolution of such matter.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or struck if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
